Installation

Follow these steps to install the WebLogs.me browser extension:

Chrome Installation

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store
  2. Search for "WebLogs.me"
  3. Click "Add to Chrome"
  4. Click "Add Extension" when prompted

Firefox Installation

  1. Visit Firefox Add-ons
  2. Search for "WebLogs.me"
  3. Click "Add to Firefox"
  4. Click "Add" when prompted

Note: After installation, you'll see the WebLogs.me icon in your browser toolbar. Click it to access the extension's features.

Initial Setup

After installing the extension, complete these setup steps:

1. Privacy Configuration

The first time you open WebLogs.me, you'll be guided through privacy settings:

  • Choose whether to skip incognito/private browsing
  • Set up initial blacklist rules
  • Configure history retention period

2. Account Creation (Optional)

Create an account to enable these features:

  • Cross-device synchronization
  • Web app access
  • Advanced analytics

Get started with WebLogs.me in minutes:

How to Add Notes

  1. Visit any website
  2. Click the WebLogs.me icon
  3. Type your note in the text area
  4. Click "Save Note"

Managing Notes

  • Edit existing notes anytime
  • Delete notes you no longer need
  • Search through all your notes
  • Export notes for backup

Blacklist Management

Protect your privacy by blacklisting sites you don't want tracked:
